Musical Discovery Series in Lee County, Florida

The Gulf Coast Symphony and the Lee County Alliance for the Arts have teamed up to provide a fun, informal, and FREE music program for kids. The "Musical Discovery Series offers kids the chance not only to hear live performances and learn about different instruments, but also to interact with the musicians and even play the instruments. Discovering Percussion is Saturday, February 22, 10:30 a.m. Discovering Strings is Saturday, March 22, 10:30 a.m. Discovering Woodwinds is Saturday, April 12, 10:30 a.m. Discovering Brass is Saturday, May 3, 10:30 a.m.

Free Music Club in Orlando Area 
Instruction is free.  The only fee is the “music rental fee” of $50.00 (which covers use of method books and all concert music for the year); payment plans are available if needed.
 
Classes meet on Wednesdays at Oakland Presbyterian Church: Beginning Band 2:00 – 3:30; Intermediate Band 3:30 – 5:00.
