All classes are held at Willow Creek Church in Winter Springs.
Auditions for VOJ are required only if you are outside of the age range (11 and up)

Voices of Joy
Thurs. 5:15-7:15 p.m.
Cost is $80 for the semester with a $10 (per family) registration fee

Advanced Class 
Thurs. 7:30-8:30 
Cost is $40 for the semester.

 VOJ JR. (Age 5-10)
Thurs. 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Cost is $40 for the semester with a $10 (per family) registration fee

 VOJE – Vocal Ensemble (by audition only)
Thurs. 7:15-9:00 p.m.
Cost is $66 for the semester with a $10 (per family) registration fee.
This group is a year long commitment. 

  

2015 update!

The very talented Ms. Hannah Roman will be teaching the advanced class from 7:30-8:30 as well as the acting class during the 5:15-7:15 class.  We are so happy to have her back with us!  Other things we have already planned - a vocals 2 part harmony session, and the VOJ Jr.'s are going to sing the beautiful "Somewhere Out There" from American Tale for one of their pieces (as long as we have enough students register for the class).

May 1st	Friday	12:00 performance #1 Woodruff Academy 760 N Lakemont Ave, Winter Park, FL 32792 .  Go to the walkway on the left of the chapel. 2:00 performance #1 Westchester Senior Center (558 N. Semoran Blvd., Winter Park)  Call time 1:45.  Go through front doors. 6:30 performance #3  -Family and Friends performance in the block at Willow Creek (call time 6:15)

The deadline to register for a spot in the acting class is Jan. 12th, but I will accept registrations up until Jan. 28th for VOJ and VOJ Jr.  I request you not wait until the last minute as it makes it incredibly hard to plan pieces, but I also understand having a crazy schedule and not knowing.  But,if you know now you are going to register could you go ahead and register? I understand that by signing up for this class I am committing to be on time, and present for every class (unless an emergency comes up.  Please have your parent contact me if you know of a date you will not be able to attend).  I understand that being absent will cause a delay for everyone as we will have to re-teach music or choreography that I missed.  I understand that I need to listen to my music and memorize monologues/music for class and that I will do so and be prepared for class.  I understand that if I come unprepared for class everyone in the class will be delayed in moving forward.   I understand that I need to be respectful to my teacher, the other students, and the teacher helpers.  I understand that some activities we do in class will be hard for me, but that I will try them anyway.  I agree to never make fun of another student when they are trying something in class.  I agree to not be too hard on myself when I make a mistake, but I will try again until I master what I am working on.  I realize that as we work together in class and then take our production into the community that I am representing not just myself and my family, but Christ.
